Waste from fields to tables... Food waste is draining the Tunisian economy

At a time when Tunisia is facing increasing challenges related to food security, scarcity of natural resources, and the high cost of living, the phenomenon of food waste has emerged as one of the problems that is depleting the national economy and burdening families, in light of the waste of large quantities of consumable food along the various links of the food chain.
