TV Grande Rio is holding another edition of the June Cooking Competition. Throughout the month, the public will discover 21 recipes from the competition in GR1 and g1 Petrolina. The tenth recipe in the series is Sabor Nordestino, a beef jerky with cassava and plantain presented by participant Márcia Fernandes. In a pan, add the olive oil and paprika, and sauté the onion and garlic, add the beef jerky and green chilli, let the meat incorporate all the seasonings, then set aside. In another pan, we will make the white sauce. Add the milk, wheat flour and part of the cheese and stir until it thickens. Add the cream and cream cheese, always stirring, so that the cream has the perfect texture. Then proceed to assembling the dish. Grease a baking tray with olive oil, place the cassava as a base, then the cheese left over from the sauce. Make another layer with the cooked banana and then with the white sauce, a layer of the meat and finish with the mozzarella cheese. Bake until browned. Then, just serve!
