Veterinary Association evaluated the appointment of trustees to white meat companies: 'Social nutritional needs should also be taken into account in the process'

Gülay Ertürk, Chairman of the Veterinary Association, in her assessment of the trustee process for some companies operating in the white meat sector, said, "The sustainability of the white meat sector is important not only for the producers, but also for public health, food safety and protein supply security. For this reason, we hope that the process will be concluded by taking into account the food security and social nutrition needs of our country as well as the requirements of justice."
