The mother says she demanded action from the hotel staff and decided to expose the case on social media. After the repercussions, she claims that she was informed that she had to leave the room with her two children, the 6-year-old boy and a 4-month-old baby, even though the accommodation had been paid for.
In a note (see full text below), Amarante, the chain responsible for the resorts, informed that accommodation at the Japaratinga Lounge Resort was completed normally and ended on the scheduled date.
The company also stated that it analyzed internal images and said it did not identify evidence of aggression against the child. According to the network, the records are available to the competent authorities.

Eloísa reported that she had around 15 minutes to leave the place and that the police were called to accompany the family's removal.
Furthermore, according to her, a second stay that had already been paid for, at another resort in the same chain, was cancelled.
"They left me helpless with a 6-year-old child and a 4-month-old baby. They didn't give me any support. They intimidated me, embarrassed me and humiliated me in front of the entire resort. My son was attacked and I left humiliated, driven away", she said.
According to the administrator, during the incident there was commotion, threats and verbal attacks against employees, which led to the police being called.
For this reason, and based on internal regulations, the company stated that it decided to cancel the daily stay at a second hotel in the chain.
The tourist filed a police report and the case is being investigated by the police.
What does Amarantes say?
"Amarante, administrator of the Japaratinga Lounge Resort and Salinas Maceió, clarifies that the family's accommodation at the Japaratinga Lounge Resort was completed regularly, ending on today's date.
Resort check-out time is noon. Even so, the family left after lunch, around 2 pm.
Regarding the report of alleged aggression involving a child, we inform that the available images were analyzed internally and did not identify any evidence of aggression on the part of employees or third parties. The images were also presented to the guest and are available to the competent authorities.
We emphasize that sharing records from the internal security system must comply with current legislation and privacy protection principles, especially as it involves images of children, guests, employees and third parties. For this reason, such images can only be made available upon formal request from the competent authorities or court order.
During the incident, episodes of commotion, threats and verbal attacks directed at resort employees were recorded, a situation that required the action of the security team and the involvement of police authorities to ensure the tranquility of other guests and the safety of the people involved.
Due to these facts and as provided for in the internal rules for coexistence and accommodation, Amarante decided to cancel the subsequent night that had been booked at Salinas Maceió, a project that is also part of the group. The measure was adopted as a result of the conduct recorded during the episode and has no relationship with the guest's right to register an incident or seek investigation of the facts from the authorities.
Amarante also informs that it provided the necessary support so that the family could organize their continued travel. The group remains at the disposal of the competent authorities to collaborate with the investigation of the facts and will adopt the appropriate measures to protect its employees and its institutional image, always with responsibility, transparency and respect for the people involved."
