The action will take place until Tuesday (17), from 8 am to 12 pm, at the Social Assistance Reference Center (Cras) Compensa II, in the Compensa neighborhood. Promoted by the Consumer Assistance and Protection Service (Procon Manaus), the initiative aims to bring services closer to the population and facilitate access to services related to consumer relations. During the three days of programming, consumers will be able to register complaints, file complaints, receive guidance on their rights and obtain legal assistance. Among the services offered are: debt negotiation; issuance of duplicate bills; registration update, change of ownership; consultation of protested titles and guidelines for settling financial issues. In addition, consultancies focused on financial education and small business development will be available. To be served, the consumer must present an official document with photo, CPF, proof of residence and documents related to the demand, such as bills, contracts, invoices or other proof. According to Procon Manaus, the action seeks to expand the population's access to consumer protection services and offer quick solutions to problems that affect residents' daily lives.
