To sweeten the party, you can prepare a creamy peanut candy using just three ingredients. The dish is prepared by chef Vilma Senchuke, in a restaurant in the rural area of São José dos Pinhais.
The chef follows the traditional process: roasts the peanuts fresh, peels them and grinds them. But, if you want practicality, you can use already roasted and ground peanuts, which are easier to find on the market.

Ingredients:
4 liters of whole milk;
3 cups of crystal sugar;
2 cups of crushed peanuts.

Preparation method:
In a large pan, add the milk and sugar and bring to a boil.
Leave on high heat until it boils. Then, reduce the heat and cook for about 1 hour, stirring constantly, until the milk thickens and takes on a caramelized tone.
Once it reaches the point, add the crushed peanuts and mix well.
Transfer the candy to a platter and, while the mixture is still hot, sprinkle some more peanuts on top to decorate.
Let it cool and serve!
