The execution regulation, which is expected to be submitted to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, focuses on the conditional release model instead of "amnesty". According to the formula discussed behind the scenes, convicts who are released by taking advantage of the regulation will serve their new sentences along with the remaining part of their old sentences in case they commit a crime again.
