This petition was filed by a lawyer in the bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice V. Mohan. The petitioner himself appeared in the court and said that the purpose of the petition is to set guidelines on uncontrolled adjournments in the courts. There was a demand to make a case flow management policy, however, the Supreme Court rejected the petition, refusing to issue any guidelines on these demands. -----------------------
