Review of retrial system Revised Criminal Procedure Law passed and enacted at plenary session of the House of Councilors

Regarding the review of the retrial system, the revised Criminal Procedure Law, which includes a ban on appeals by prosecutors against the decision to start a retrial in principle, was voted on at a plenary session of the House of Councilors and passed with a majority vote.
