The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) authorized the appointment of 85 people approved in public competitions for the Ministry of Planning and Budget (MPO), the National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN) and the National Mining Agency (ANM).  The three ordinances with authorizations were published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Wednesday (10) and Thursday (11). Distribution of positions Among the 85 appointments, MGI ordinance No. 4,757/2026 authorizes the appointment of seven approved candidates for the position of planning and budget analyst (APO), at a higher level, within the scope of the Ministry of Planning and Budget. MGI Ordinance No. 4,771/2026 authorizes the additional filling of 23 vacancies for the National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN), distributed among the positions of science and technology analyst, researcher, technician and technologist. Finally, MGI Ordinance No. 4,774/2026 authorizes the National Mining Agency (ANM) to appoint 55 people approved in the competition, 45 for the position of specialist in mineral resources and ten for administrative analyst. Conditions The filling of positions is subject to the existence of vacancies in the respective federal body, on the date of appointment of candidates. The body also needs to prove that it has a budget to pay the salaries of future public servants.
