A man was arrested, suspected of attacking his ex-partner and fleeing with their two-year-old son in Teodoro Sampaio (SP), in the early hours of this Sunday (7).
According to the Military Police, the team was called after the victim reported that he had been attacked with punches and blows by the suspect, who wore a helmet.

During the attacks, a relative tried to intervene and was also attacked. After the crime, the suspect left the scene with the child on a motorcycle, without using safety equipment for the boy.
Police reported that the victims were taken for medical care. One of the victims had a broken nose and the other had to be hospitalized to be transferred to another unit. Their updated health status was not reported.
The suspect was located during team patrols. He tried to escape, but was captured. The child was rescued by the police.
The man was arrested in the act and taken to the police station, while the motorcycle remained seized. The case was registered as domestic violence, bodily harm, threat and placing a child at risk.

Another case of domestic violence was recorded in the region hours earlier, after the Military Police were called in Presidente Venceslau (SP), on Saturday night (6).
The team was called and, during contact with the victim, the woman reported having been punched in the face by her partner after an argument.
According to police, the woman had visible injuries to her face and mouth. Given the facts, the attacker was taken to the Police Station, where he remained detained.
