Volta Redonda City Hall opens competition with vacancies for nurses and nursing technicians Reproduction/Volta Redonda City Hall The City of Volta Redonda (RJ) opened a public competition to hire health professionals. Vacancies will be offered for the positions of nurse and nursing technician. The objective is to fill existing vacancies in public administration and form a reserve register under the statutory regime. The objective tests for both positions are scheduled for September 20th. According to the city hall, 200 vacancies for nurses will be made available, 140 of which will be open to competition, 20 will be for People with Disabilities (PWD) and 40 will be for black candidates. Registration will open at 12pm on June 29th and continue until 12pm on July 27th. Interested parties must register on the website. After completing the registration, it is necessary to generate and print the invoice to pay the registration fee. Candidates may also request fee exemption, as long as they meet the criteria set out by law. The city hall informed that the initial remuneration for both positions will be R$1,621 for a 220-hour monthly shift, plus a food allowance of R$350 and a social bonus of R$200, granted to municipal employees. There will also be a higher education bonus of 15% for nurses and 7.5% for nursing technicians.
