A businessman was attacked for not accepting that the group used his establishment to sell drugs. See the videos that are trending on g1 “The head of this organization, together with the manager who was arrested today for drug trafficking and a minor, attacked this man and only did not cause his death because they were prevented by third parties”, detailed the delegate. The victim was hospitalized for 45 days and continued to receive threats after being discharged. "During the investigation of the attempted murder case, we identified that those involved had a standard of living incompatible with their declared income. The head of the organization was a school janitor and owned luxury cars, several houses in the city of Bocaiuva and several pieces of land. Given this, we began a financial investigation related to drug trafficking, as the attempted murder was directly linked to drug trafficking", said Telles Bustorff. As the investigation progressed, PCMG identified the activities of the group, which had a division of tasks and functions. The investigation showed that several properties were used as support points for the storage, fractionation and distribution of narcotics. Due to suspicious financial transactions, the police chief asked the court to issue the warrants. The searches were supported by PCMG sniffer dogs, which helped to seize drugs on land neighboring the places where those being investigated lived. "The head of the organization commanded the entire neighborhood, which was oppressed by his actions. He co-opted teenagers to carry out drug trafficking. Traders who did not want to cooperate were threatened, and people lived in this situation of fear." The man mentioned by the police chief was arrested at the end of last year following a conviction for drug trafficking. After the arrest, the group's manager took control of the criminal scheme. “Compliance with these legal measures seeks not only to gather new evidence, but also to weaken the organization financially, affecting resources and assets that, in theory, were created from criminal activity”, stated Telles Bustorff. The investigations continue.
