Good news for travelers: the threshold for compensation in the event of delay remains set at 3 hours, while some Member States wanted to increase it to 4 hours. The compensation also remains unchanged: €250 for short flights and up to €600 for long hauls. A decision welcomed by MEP François Kalfon, who sees it as a setback for the airline lobby.
