APS signs contract for the implementation of a logistics condominium in the Port of Santos Disclosure/APS The Santos Port Authority (APS) signed a contract, this Thursday (11), with the Portlog consortium, for the implementation of a logistics condominium in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo. There will be a truck parking lot with 400 spaces and support services at the site, with the aim of facilitating entry and exit into the Port of Santos, avoiding overloading roads and roads in the region. The area, provided by APS, is approximately 240 thousand m² and is located on Avenida Augusto Barata, between the Alemoa and Saboó neighborhoods. The Portlog consortium will implement the parking lot and also build a support structure. Now on g1 What will it be like? According to APS, the parking lot will have a minimum initial capacity of 400 static spaces, accompanied by the buildings and support structures necessary for its operation. The project must be designed and sized to meet the operational flow corresponding to up to 530 spaces, with expansion occurring gradually, depending on the evolution of demand. In relation to the support area, buildings must be constructed for logistical support services with at least 86 thousand m². Warehouses, warehouses and other structures will be able to receive services such as maintenance, certification, transformation, rental, purchase and sale of containers, among others. According to APS, two other condominiums will also be built soon to help with this logistics: one in Cubatão and the other in Conceiçãozinha, in Guarujá. Deployment APS will have a period of 30 days to expressly express its non-objection or request clarifications or modifications to the Basic Implementation Plan (PBI), presented by the Portlog consortium. If the plan needs to be modified, APS will communicate the reasons for this and establish a deadline for presenting the new PBI with the corrections. After this stage, the assignee will take over the area, and the contract will come into force. Portlog will have a period of up to three years to make the infrastructure available. The assignment will be for a period of 20 years. According to APS, the assignee may charge for the services offered and must pay APS an installment of R$289,000 per month from the 36th month of the contract, for the onerous assignment of use of the land.
