The accusation against the lawyer According to the complaint from the Public Ministry of Espírito Santo (MPES), the lawyer had used access to the prison system to mediate communication between a head of drug trafficking from Morro do Cabral/Quadro who was in prison and other criminals at liberty. The order for the murder would have been passed on to the professional days before the crime, when Bianca visited the drug dealer in jail. According to witnesses, criminals approached the young man, took a photo of him and then took him to another street, where they shot him to death. Minutes later, the executioners returned to the scene to ensure that Arthur was dead. Motivation of the crime The young man's murder was ordered, according to the complaint, because Arthur had left the criminal group headed by the person who ordered the crime to work with another faction in Morro dos Alagoanos, also in Vitória. According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, the crime was committed by cruel means, considering that the form of execution caused excessive suffering to the victim. “Furthermore, the crime was committed using a resource that made it difficult for the victim to defend himself, since the accused, in numerical superiority, surprised the unarmed victim, subdued him, without him having any chance of defense or reaction”, says the complaint.
