The unsuitable sections are all located in Pitimbú. The water bathability analysis was carried out from June 8th to 11th and is valid until June 19th, the date of publication of the next report. According to the environmental agency, the classification of unsuitable for swimming applies exclusively to a 100-meter strip to the right and left of the collection point. Outside this perimeter, the beaches remain open for swimming, until new data indicates a change in water quality. In total, Sudema monitors 62 points distributed in the municipalities of João Pessoa, Pitimbu, Mataraca, Baía da Traição, Conde, Lucena, Cabedelo and Rio Tinto.
