The Federal Police (PF) denied this Thursday (11) yet another plea bargain proposal from banker Daniel Vorcaro. It is the second proposal rejected by the corporation after Vorcaro was arrested as part of Operation Compliance Zero, which investigates fraud in the country's financial system. The PF's decision has already been communicated to Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), rapporteur of the investigations. The Attorney General's Office (PGR) is still analyzing the banker's collaboration proposal.  Related news: Mendonça authorizes Vorcaro's transfer to a special room at the PF. Federal Police refuse Vorcaro's plea bargain proposal. The reasons why the agreement was rejected are confidential and have not been disclosed by the corporation.  Last month, when rejecting the proposal for the first time, PF investigators concluded that the banker did not present any news regarding the material that had already been seized and did not admit that he had committed crimes.  On March 4, Vorcaro was arrested again and was the target of the third phase of the PF's Operation Compliance Zero, which investigates financial fraud at Master and the attempted purchase of the institution by Banco Regional de Brasília (BRB), a public bank linked to the Government of the Federal District (GDF). Since then, he has been trying to reach a plea deal. The banker is trapped in a room at the PF Superintendence in Brasília.
