The head of the Constituent Assembly for Drafting the Constitution, Dr. Amraja Ali Nouh, confirmed that “the Commission expresses its extreme astonishment at the continued ignoring of the draft constitution completed by a body directly elected by the Libyan people, despite the fact that it represents an important national entitlement and an essential step towards building the state on solid constitutional foundations.”
