Amended Financial Instruments and Exchange Act that positions crypto assets as “financial products” is enacted

As the number of people investing in crypto assets such as Bitcoin increases, a bill to revise the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act that classifies crypto assets as "financial products" was passed and enacted at a plenary session of the House of Councilors held on the 15th.
