LS Electric announced on the 12th that it held a ‘Wage and Collective Agreement Delegation and Worker-Management Coexistence Agreement Ceremony commemorating the achievement of $1.2 billion in exports’ at LS Yongsan Tower in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 10th of this month with the attendance of Chairman Koo Ja-gyun, CEO Chae Dae-seok, union chairman Lee Ho-jeong, and worker members of the Labor-Management Council. LS Group uses the expression ‘labor-management’, which means ‘workers and management’, which emphasizes partnership, rather than ‘labor-management’, which means ‘workers and employers’.
