Special Committee of the House of Representatives resumes deliberations on the “sub-capital” bill; national counter-proposal also enters deliberation

A special committee on regional revitalization of the House of Representatives was held, and deliberations on bills related to the ``sub-capital'' concept submitted by both the Liberal Democratic Party and the Ishin Party were resumed, and a bill to establish a new ``special city'' submitted by the Democratic Party of the People as a counterproposal was also deliberated.
