Supreme Court blocks Trump's decree that would abolish US citizenship by birth

"Everyone born or naturalized in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction is a citizen of the United States and of the state in which he resides." This is what it says in the constitutional amendment to which the Supreme Court refers.
