This designation will take effect from the 1st of next month. In addition, the government plans to designate three locations as land transaction permit zones from July 5 to December 31, 2027. Prices in Dongtan-gu and Giheung-gu are continuing to rise due to expectations of rising housing prices due to the special characteristics of the semiconductor industry and improvements in transportation infrastructure such as the opening of GTX (Metropolitan Rapid Transit)-A. In Guri City, housing prices continue to be strong based on its location adjacent to Seoul and demand for subway stations. In regulated areas, the upper limit on the LTV ratio for non-homeowners, including those with one home subject to disposal, will be strengthened from 70% to 40%.
