Structural change: Lake landscape instead of brown coal desert in Lusatia

Five lakes, one area, in the middle of Lusatia: Europe's supposedly largest artificial lake landscape is open. Holidaymakers can now relax where miners and bucket wheel excavators once extracted lignite from the earth.
