In the CHP, 74 provincial presidents who support the party's elected administration submitted the signatures of 833 delegates requesting an extraordinary congress to the CHP headquarters. The presidents also delivered the evaluation of 32 lawyers, which included their opinions about the possibility of holding a congress, against the defense of the Butlan administration that "There is no congress in taking a precautionary decision". If the Butlan management does not decide on a congress within 10 days, the elected management of the party will apply to the judiciary to hold a congress.
