The criminal court acquitted, on Tuesday, Nicolas G, the extracurricular activity leader of a Parisian school prosecuted for sexual assault on minors. He considered that his behavior was certainly “inappropriate” but the investigation “had not demonstrated that it was humiliating or degrading”. The Paris prosecutor's office appealed this decision on Wednesday.
