The names of the establishments were not disclosed. In total, five establishments were inspected during the action and fined. In addition to the closures, one establishment had its food production area suspended to adapt the facilities and correct the flow of the food handling area. Also according to the MP, another establishment was notified to regularize the identified non-conformities, and was given a deadline to make the necessary adjustments. The operation also resulted in Infraction Notices from MP-Procon, due to non-compliance with consumer protection and defense standards. It was not disclosed what, specifically, these infractions were. A body that supported the operation, the Military Fire Department, also issued a notification at one of the establishments inspected to correct non-compliance.
