It establishes a financial penalty on ultra fast-fashion products: agreement reached between deputies and senators on the fast-fashion law

If the initial ambition of the text, adopted in March 2024 by the Assembly, was to reduce the environmental impact of the textile industry, and therefore to cover all of fast fashion, the agreement reached is closer to the version adopted in the Senate in June 2025.
