The mother, who preferred not to identify herself to preserve the child's image, told TV Globo that her son arrived home crying on the 1st.
Questioned by his mother, the 7-year-old boy said that, when leaving the bathroom, he heard the phrase: "Get out of the way, you monkey."
According to the family, the student sought out the teacher, but the school did not forward the complaint to those responsible.
Ten days later, a new episode of offense occurred – this time, inside the classroom.

Mother sees insufficient school actions
The mother says she demanded action from the management, but considers that the measures adopted were not enough.
"The school should have called the parents and worked on this pedagogically. It is not normal, in the century we live in, for a 7-year-old child to have to leave school due to being offended", he stated.
After the second case, the family registered a report at the police station. The boy was transferred to another private school in the region.
According to the mother, the child, who was previously communicative and liked to play, started to show changes in behavior.
"Today he doesn't want to go out, he doesn't want to see anyone, he doesn't want to eat. He's crying all the time," he said.
What does the school say
The management of the Nossa Senhora Aparecida school reported that it called those responsible for the students involved to talk about the two episodes and carried out educational activities with the students on the topic of racism.
Recently, the Public Ministry (MP) recommended that public schools adopt anti-racist protocols, with guidelines for identifying, registering and forwarding cases within educational units.
Experts argue that the measure should also be implemented in private schools. Neuropsychopedagogue Mara Rúbia Rodrigues da Cruz states that confronting racism should be part of the school routine.
"It's not a one-off issue. It needs to be worked on throughout the year, within the pedagogical project, with teacher training and continuous actions", he explains.
The expert also warns of the role of families in identifying the signs. According to her, children are not always able to recognize or name the violence they have suffered, which can make it difficult to face the problem.
