The French Parliament definitively adopted, on Tuesday, a reparation law for the "children of Creuse", more than 2,000 Reunion minors torn from their land and displaced in France between 1962 and 1984. The text provides for the creation of a commission for memory, the establishment of a national day of homage on February 18 and the opening of a right to reparation in the form of a lump sum allowance.
