The Constitutional Court declares a parliamentary seat vacant in Souss-Massa

The Constitutional Court issued a decision declaring the vacancy of the parliamentary seat held by the late Nozha Abakrim in the House of Representatives, for the “Souss-Massa” regional electoral district, while inviting the candidate whose name appears on the same list to fill the vacant seat, in accordance with the legal procedures in force.
