Daniel Vorcaro is arrested again; Federal Police claim that owner of Banco Master created a private militia to commit crimes National Newspaper/ Reproduction The owner of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, articulated a plan to fake a drug case against former NBA player and DJ Ronald Fred Seikaly, ex-husband of his then girlfriend, Martha Graeff. The information is contained in the Federal Police investigation report into the Master case. The document was made public this Tuesday (16), as determined by Minister André Mendonça, rapporteur of the case at the STF (Supreme Federal Court). According to the document, the businessman mobilized members of the group “A Turma” to persecute, intimidate and embarrass the musician, who lives in Miami, in the United States. Daniel Vorcaro even promised R$10 million in the venture. Vorcaro also asked the group to contact a “friend from Interpol” to help with revenge against the DJ. The motivation would have been a disagreement between Seikaly and the banker's son. The Federal Police have not yet identified who the person mentioned would be. One of the strategies discussed was hiring the DJ to play at a party in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro or Belo Horizonte. In response, Vorcaro said he could invite him to an event in Rio, “where there would be pressure from the militia and the police”. However, according to the report, the group appears to have opted for intimidation by sending a letter to Interpol, in an attempt to deceive the international organization.
