Man dies after falling into cistern in Bahia A 42-year-old man died after falling into a cistern, on Sunday (14), in the rural area of Vitória da Conquista, in the southwest of Bahia. As TV Sudoeste, an affiliate of Rede Bahia in the region, found out, Dawinson Dutra de Oliveira was clearing land to build a house, when the cover of the reservoir gave way and he fell.
