An international classification revives the debate over the fate of Libya’s postponed elections

Although an international report classified Libya among the “most dangerous” countries for holding elections, the wave of optimism that accompanied the results of the “structured dialogue” sessions does not make postponed voting an impossible dream, if a set of political, security and legislative conditions are met.
