The party takes place at the Arena das Dunas complex, in the South Zone of the capital, and entry is free. The São João de Natal program continues until June 28th and also includes shows at the Nélio Dias hub (see full schedule). See below for other details about the party. 🚌 Free public transport (for the return trip) The municipality created special lines that will operate during the early hours of the morning on show days to return the public home. The express lines will operate without charging fees (check here). 🎟️ Do you pay to enter? No. Entry to the event is free, but the city of Natal has asked the public to voluntarily donate 1 kg of non-perishable food during the event days. Donations can be made at collection points located at the event entrances. Among the items that can be delivered are rice, beans, powdered milk and other products from the basic basket The donations, according to the city hall, are destined for the Natal Food Bank. Entry is not conditional on donation. 🚧 Traffic, bus stops and cars by app The Natal Urban Mobility Secretariat (STTU) announced a new closure on Av. Prudente de Morais and the creation of another area for travel via apps after the first weekend of shows (see here). Closures around Arena das Dunas on show days continue to be in place from 4:30 pm to 3:30 am (check here). The main blockage will be in access through the tunnel next to the Estaiado Viaduct. There will also be restrictions on sections of Av. Lima e Silva and on roads close to Arena das Dunas. What is new is the closure of Av. Prudente de Morais at Avenida Miguel Castro during the dispersion of the public. Previously, the blockade began near Av. Lima e Silva. The fourth exclusive point for cars announced by the app is after the Avenida Romualdo Galvão tunnel, on the Avenida Senador Salgado Filho waterfront, next to Arena das Dunas.
