Pointing to the necessity of organizing educational centers, Governor Semnan added: Identifying and dealing with unauthorized educational centers should be continuously followed with the cooperation of education, governorates, regulatory agencies and police forces in order to prevent the formation and expansion of activities outside of legal regulations.
