The former defender's wake is scheduled to begin at 11 am, in Chapel C of the Ilha do Governador Cemetery, in the North Zone of Rio. The burial is scheduled for 3:30 pm, in the same location.
Brito died on Thursday (11), aged 86. The former player had been hospitalized at Casa Ilha do Governador Hospital since May 13, where he was being treated for pneumonia.

Revealed by Vasco da Gama, Hércules Brito Ruas built a distinguished career in Brazilian football and also played for clubs such as Internacional, Cruzeiro, Botafogo, Corinthians, Athletico Paranaense and Flamengo.
