Nidek Accounting Fraud Surveillance Committee orders submission of materials to proceed with investigation

Through interviews with related parties, we learned that the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission ordered NIDEK, a major electronic parts company, to submit materials based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act after fraudulent accounting practices were revealed.
