According to SRTE-MG, the case that drew the most attention occurred in the Central-West Region, where more than 100 teenagers were removed from work in the shoe industry. They were subjected to unsanitary and dangerous conditions. "These are cases of great inhumanity, we find children in very vulnerable situations. [...] If a society like ours is not able to take care of little ones, children, what will become of the future of our country?", said the superintendent of Labor in MG, Carlos Calazans.
