What room for maneuver for Nikol Pashinian after the victory of his party, Civil Contract, in the last legislative elections in Armenia? If the victory confirms the direction driven by the Prime Minister since 2018, it is seen by some as a challenge to Moscow which retains some levers of pressure. Nikol Pashinian, who moved closer to the West, sought to resolve the conflict with Azerbaijan and preserve his ties with Russia while emancipating himself from Moscow.
