The investigations began after the victim went to the police station and reported abuse that occurred during therapeutic services carried out on April 9th and 17th of this year. She had sought follow-up due to anxiety and depression.
"In the first sessions, the person being investigated was limited to conversations and exercises related to memory. During the course of the treatment, however, he began to make physical contacts that, according to the investigation, had not previously been reported as part of the treatment", informed PCMG in a note sent to the press.

Surveys indicate that, during a session held on April 9, the suspect allegedly performed sexual acts without the patient's consent.
"In the meeting that took place on April 17, the victim decided to record the service with her cell phone. Later, when analyzing the recorded content, she identified libidinous acts carried out by the person being investigated while she was unable to offer resistance", said the PCMG.
According to the police, during the interrogation, the man confirmed that the massages were carried out and claimed that the contacts were consented.
Investigations indicate that the man took advantage of the relationship of trust established during the treatment and the patient's emotional condition to commit abuse.
After complying with the arrest order, the investigated person was sent to the prison system and is available to the courts. His name was not released and, therefore, g1 was unable to contact the defense.
