A69: the public rapporteur requests the dismissal of the opponents' appeal to the Court of Cassation

The Council of State will examine on Monday June 15 the environmental authorizations for the motorway under construction between Toulouse and Castres. The public rapporteur, whose opinion is generally followed, recommends confirming the legality of the project.
