According to the decision, the situation created a relationship of dependence between workers and those responsible for the business. During an inspection at the site, the company allegedly tried to hide the presence of the teenager. The sentence includes the payment of labor rights that were not fulfilled and compensation for moral damages. The case was forwarded to the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) to investigate possible crimes. The decision is still subject to appeal.
