"We call ourselves a romantic surprises agency. We work exactly with these surprises. The dating proposal, the marriage proposal, the 'come back to me', the apology. According to the entrepreneurs, the customer can choose the items to place, the phrase that will be hung on the wall and what colors the surprise will be. To g1, they told that they make up to ten decorations a day at this time of year. The demands are diverse and, to this end, the duo has a series of special packages, from baskets with sweets or sandwiches to elaborate decorations. For the service to be carried out, the company asks the customer to send photos and videos of the place where they intend to carry out the decoration. This helps when calculating how many and which items will be used in the assembly. Each scene assembly takes around an hour, with prices starting at R$450. However, there are occasions when Diego and Edson needed to set it up in record time so that the recipient doesn't find out. "The client was at the hotel and she requested a kit for us to assemble. And the assembly was done while her husband was taking a shower, in the same room. We assembled it there at lightning speed, in less than 15 minutes, so that she could surprise her", recalled Diego. In addition to assembly, the service also covers the disassembly of the entire structure, with the collection of balloons, candles and LED panels, and the bedding set rented for the occasion. "When it's a motel, we understand that, as the people who placed our material, it is our obligation to dismantle it. So we remove the balloons, we discard them, we collect the petals from the floor, leaving the environment as we found it", said Diego. At the time, they managed a snack bar together, but the business had to be closed due to the great demand generated by the love company. "Every detail of the decoration, every movement. We modify the environment, so we use duvets, pillowcases. Even the way they are placed is very detailed", he informed. They also make baskets that cost between R$90 and R$250.
