Singer Ana Vilela surprised fans this Thursday morning (11) by revealing on X (formerly Twitter) the behind-the-scenes story that gave rise to the hit "Trem Bala".
In a good-humored way, the 28-year-old artist explained that the inspiration for the lyrics came in a moment of emotional vulnerability after discovering that she had been cheated on by her ex-girlfriend with her best friend.
The outburst on social media, of course, quickly went viral:
"I have to thank my ex-girlfriend, who cheated on me with my best friend at a party and made me go into a major depression, which led me to a beautiful conversation with my grandfather, where I was inspired to write a song that, 10 years later, allows me to shape my life around the schedule of 104 football matches for 2 months", published the singer.

Music is still successful today
"Trem Bala" was officially released in 2017 and became one of the biggest hits of that year, being boosted after celebrities shared the song and the singer performed on national television alongside names like Luan Santana.
Almost a decade after its release, the track's numbers continue to be impressive: on YouTube, the official clip and reproductions of the song have accumulated around 300 million views.
On Spotify, the original version surpasses the 100 million plays mark.
Over the years, the hit has gained a series of official reinterpretations, which include acoustic versions, re-recordings for Mother's Day specials and even an electronic remix signed by DJ Vintage Culture.
To this day, the track remains relevant on social media, often being used as background audio for motivational videos and trends on TikTok and Instagram.
