Lyhanna's death acts as a revelation: that of a breakdown in the people's confidence in their institutions and in particular the justice system which has failed to protect. Beyond individual or collective responsibilities, is it not the political system, by imposing its laws or its successive visions, which has extinguished any desire for administrations to gain autonomy and to correct themselves from within?
