Iran rejects new European sanctions on the Strait of Hormuz, describing them as a “hypocritical political measure.”

Iran confirmed, on Monday, its rejection of the new sanctions imposed by the European Union on a number of Iranian individuals and entities against the backdrop of the Strait of Hormuz file, considering that they represent a “hypocritical political measure” and a violation of the rights of the Iranian people.
