Ulyanov: The American draft resolution against Iran is “shameful”

The Russian Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, described the anti-Iranian decision of the International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors, which was formulated by the United States, as “shameful.”
