Ex-girlfriend complaint
In the letter, the ex-girlfriend says that Denis had normal behavior at first, but that he became aggressive in his words and attitudes. The relationship became turbulent, with frequent fights, jealousy, possessiveness and violence.
According to her, Denis acted to distance her from friends and family. The woman reports several physical attacks, including in public places, such as parties. According to the report, her relatives were also threatened by Denis.
"I remember once a year when we had an argument, due to his jealousy, we were in his car and he left the city towards the highway that connects Cajuru to Mococa at high speed, saying that he would end our lives and I just asked him not to run and not kill us. During that journey he said that he had changed his mind and that only I would die."
The ex-girlfriend also described an attack suffered when she was with him on the way to his parents' farm.
When he got out of the car on the road to open the gate, he got out and kicked me several times, until his dicks heard it and came over to find out what was happening. Your mother helped me and God and your father started fighting because of what he was doing to me.
Finally, the woman claims that the abusive relationship caused stress on her and both families. “I ended that relationship because I deserved to live a normal life.”
The victim claims that he filed a police report, but the complaints did not advance at the time.

The victim reported that, in an attempt to escape the attacks, he tried to get out of the car, but realized he couldn't because the vehicle was moving and started shouting for help until he caught the attention of people on the street. At one point, she said she managed to open the car door, and that she did not jump out on her own, but was thrown by her boyfriend.
"I didn't throw myself, I'm absolutely sure I didn't throw myself. I remember exactly everything he did to me, throwing me out. It was difficult. It's a miracle to be walking, talking again. God was good to me for leaving me alive so I could tell what happened to me", said the trader.
The Prosecutor's Office also recorded in the complaint that, after being thrown from the moving vehicle, she was dragged a few meters by the attacker's car, because her foot had become stuck in the car seat. Then, according to the MP, the suspect stopped the car, got out and grabbed his girlfriend in an aggressive manner.
Gabriele was rescued with the help of witnesses and initially taken to Santa Casa de Cajuru, from where she was transferred to Hospital das Clínicas de Ribeirão Preto due to the severity of her injuries.
